Purpose: The Cincinnati Art Museum Board establishes and is responsible and accountable for the general policies that govern the operations of the Cincinnati Art Museum.
Number of Appointments: The Board of Trustees shall consist of no fewer than 18 members. Of the 18 minimum Trustees, 14 shall be elected by the Members.
In addition, there shall be four Trustees representing the City of Cincinnati, one of whom shall be the Mayor of the City of Cincinnati and three of whom shall be citizens of said City appointed by the Mayor.
