Purpose: The Cincinnati Arts Association is a not-for-profit organization that oversees the programming and management of two of the Tri-state’s finest performing arts venues – the Aronoff Center for the Arts and Music Hall – and is dedicated to supporting performing and visual arts.

Number of Appointments: The number of Trustees shall be not fewer than 15 and not more than 20 regular trustees, 2 ex-officio Trustees and such numbers of Emeritus Trustees as may be elected by the Board of Trustees. The Mayor of the City of Cincinnati shall have the right to appoint four Trustees.
