Purpose: The Zoning Board of Appeals has the duty to hear all appeals arising out of the Cincinnati Zoning Code unless otherwise provided, including decisions of the Historic Board pertaining to the grant or denial of a "Certificate of Appropriateness" (from Chapter 1449 of the City of Cincinnati Zoning Code).
