Purpose: Hears and rules upon appeals taken from any notice, order or other decision any one of which was issued in writing by the Fire Chief. The Board shall be composed of five members: One shall be actively engaged in the design or supervision of mechanical installations, one shall be a mechanical contractor, and two shall be representatives of the public at large.
