Question: What are the separation requirements between other utilities and water mains/branches?

Answer:

  • A separation of 18” vertically must be maintained between all water service branches and water mains from all other utilities, structures, etc.
  • A separation of 5’ horizontally must be maintained between all water service branches and water mains from all other utilities, structures etc.
