(CINCINNATI) -- Effective today, Friday, March 22, 2019, Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) has changed their payment mailing address to: PO Box 740689, Cincinnati, Ohio 45274-0689.

 If customers or their banks mail monthly payments, GCWW is asking you to please make a note of the change:
> Customers will see the payment mailing address change on their next billing statement, as the new address will automatically be printed on paper bills.

> Customers who pay through their banks may need to go on their bank’s website to make the change through their online bill payer.

Various communications will be utilized to ensure awareness of the change.

GCWW also reminds customers to “Save a stamp” by enrolling in online banking at Portal.myGCWW.org
