Q: What is a Greater Cincinnati Water Works Government-to-Business (G2B) Invoice?

A: Many businesses require services from GCWW, such as Lab Testing, New Service Lines, Replacement of Fire Hydrants, Temporary Water, and Inspections.  Fees for these services are invoiced directly to the business rather than placed on the monthly water bill.  GCWW refers to these invoices as Government-to-Business (G2B) invoices.  

Q: How will I receive my GCWW Business to Business Invoice?

A: This is your choice. Your invoice can be sent to you:
   1. by mail via USPS.
   2. by email
   Or, 3. by both mail and email

Q: How can I pay my GCWW Business to Business Invoice?

A: Pay electronically by Credit Card or Bank account at - G2B.mygcww.org
   1. Bank account payments can be made at no charge
   2. Credit Card payments will be charged an additional 3%
   3. Mail a check payable to Greater Cincinnati Water Works
