Answer: You will receive your bill electronically once you enroll in the Customer Portal at portal.mygcww.org.

Answer:
•    Go to portal.mygcww.org
•    Click Sign up today!
•    Once you complete the enrollment, you will receive a verification email
•    Use the verification code from the email to access your Customer Portal

Answer:
•    Sign in to your Customer Portal
•    Click on the person silhouette on the top right
•    Click on My Profile

Question: Who needs to enroll in the Customer Portal?

Answer: Everyone is invited and encouraged to enroll! The Customer Portal will be accessible to all Greater Cincinnati Water Works customers.

Answer: Customers may pay their bills…
•    Online by signing in to their Customer Portal or using our Guest Payment Tool at portal.mygcww.org
•    By phone when dialing 513.591.7700
•    By mail at PO BOX 740689, Cincinnati, OH 45274-0689
•    With cash at local retailers – access map of retailers and your account barcode at portal.mygcww.org by clicking Pay Now and choosing cash after entering account number

Question: How do I sign up for AutoPay?

Answer: 
•    Sign in to your Customer Portal
•    Click Wallet on the top right
•    Add payment method (checking or savings account)
•    Click AutoPay on top of page
•    Click Create AutoPay

Question: How do I enroll in a payment arrangement?

Answer: Visit gcww.promise-pay.com to enroll in a flexible, interest fee payment arrangement.

Question: Are there transaction fees added to payments?

Answer: Yes. A transaction fee is added to each payment to cover transaction-processing costs for over-the-phone payments, one-time “guest” web payments, and credit and debit card payments. Several free payment options remain including payments made directly from your checking or savings account through your Customer Portal.
