Emergency Bill Assistance








 



Apply today for Emergency Bill Assistance for renters (tenants) residing in the City of Cincinnati. The Emergency Bill Assistance program will pay up to 18 months of past due and current water, sewer, and stormwater charges that accrued after March 2020.

To apply you must:

  1. be a renter (tenant) [PLEASE NOTE: Homeowners and Landlords are not eligible]
  2. reside in Cincinnati city limits (see City of Cincinnati neighborhoods mapped below - click for a larger image)  
  3. have a household income at or below 80% of Area Median Income
