Disputing Your Bill


Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) has made it easy to manage your account. Account information is available both online and through our automated phone system. If you have questions about a higher-than-normal bill, please visit leaks for more information on how you can check your property.

Requests to dispute charges must be received within 21 days of the bill due date. If your dispute cannot be resolved, you may have the right to a hearing before the City of Cincinnati Office of Administrative Hearings. Requests to dispute charges may be submitted in writing to the GCWW Customer Contact Center Manager:
