How To Ride
The Connector is a fun, easy way to experience the Central Business District, Over-the-Rhine and The Banks areas of Cincinnati. Following are a few tips and suggestions to help make the most of your experience.
Boarding
- The Connector is fully accessible for those with disabilities.
- Vehicles have level-floor boarding and audio and visual messages for all riders.
- The floor of the streetcar is level with the station, allowing quick access for wheeled vehicles, including bicycles, strollers, wheelchairs, scooters, luggage and personal shopping carts.
- Those who use wheelchairs, scooters and other mobility aids should enter through the center double doors.
Pets
- Service animals are allowed on board. No other pets are allowed on the streetcar unless they are in a secured pet carrier.
Plan Your Trip
- The streetcar is free to ride. Board and exit at one of the 18 station stops along the route. Streetcars arrive every 15 minutes.
- Check the route map here to determine your desired destination. Maps also are posted inside every streetcar. A few popular destinations include:
- Findlay Market
- Washington Park
- Riverfront/Banks
- Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County
- Fountain square
Getting Off
- When approaching your stop, press the red stop button to signal to the operator that you are ready to exit.
