Charter a Streetcar Vehicle for Your Event!
The streetcar offers a unique venue for events, receptions and parties.
We charter single streetcar vehicles for a minimum rental of four (4) hours. Costs are estimated at $1,350 for the first four hours and $310 for each additional hour. Partial hours count as one hour.
Payment is accepted in cash or by major credit cards, which include of processing fee of 1.9 percent. A refundable $250 cleaning deposit also is required.
Contact the charter coordinator at (513) 352-5358 with the date and time of your event as far in advance as possible but no less than one week before the event. You will sign a contract and a payment in full will be due at signing.
You set the boarding and drop-off locations, such as Washington Park, Fountain Square or The Banks. You can have multiple drop off locations along the route; the streetcar will come back to pick up your group at a scheduled time.
No alcohol is permitted on board the Connector. Catering is allowed, but no glass containers. You and your caterer are responsible for all food and beverage permits and copies must be provided to the charter coordinator at least one week before your event.
A Connector vehicle has 38 seats, plus standing room. We suggest a maximum of 75 people on board for your special event.
