SSA and the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP)/Government Pension Offset (GPO)

The passing of the Social Security Fairness Act has repealed the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and Government Pension Offset (GPO). As a result, many are calling Retirement Division for answers. At this time, we do not have any information to share. Please contact the Social Security Administration for more information on how this will affect your SSA benefits.

Important Update: Dental Plus Insurance Card Delay

Please be advised that there will be a delay in the issuance of Dental Plus cards for the upcoming year.

We want to assure you that this delay will not have an impact on your selected coverage for 2025. There will be no disruption

in your dental services. We appreciate your understanding, and your cards will be mailed as soon as they are available.

Pensioners Enrolled in Member Direct

If you are enrolled in Member Direct, you must access your advice there. CRS will no longer be mailing monthly pension payroll advices to those enrolled in Member Direct.
