Vendor Registration
Vendors that want to do business with the City of Cincinnati should register online with the Vendor Self-Service (VSS) system.
All vendors must be registered before doing business with the City. There is no cost for vendor registration.
How To Register
1. Complete the vendor registration process on the Vendor Self Service (VSS) site by clicking on "Sign Up".
2. Complete your W-9 Form from the Internal Revenue Service (including signature and date). Upload your completed W-9 as part of your VSS registration. If you are not able to upload your W-9 during registration, please email your completed form to vendor.support@cincinnati-oh.gov.
3. Sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments to your bank. If you would like to receive payments for your goods and services via EFT in lieu of a mailed check, enter your bank information during registration or login to VSS at a later date to add bank information to your vendor profile.
Online Bids
The Office of Procurement accepts online bids through VSS for certain solicitations. Results of bids are available on Procurement's Business Opportunities portal. Click "View Attachments" for a solicitation to find bid tabs and awarded contracts, if available.
