At times, the City may review statements of qualifications submitted in response to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and select firms to serve as pre-qualified vendors to provide as-needed services within the scope of the RFQ.

Placement on the pre-qualified vendors' list ("the List") does not guarantee that the company will receive any work from the City, nor does it imply that the company has any type of procurement relationship with the City either now or in the future. Quotes or proposals will be solicited from the vendors on the List following the applicable established City procurement procedures.

The List is effective on and generally expires one year from the date of written notice, though terms may vary and will be identified in the List. Upon or around the expiration date of the List, the City may issue a new Notice for Qualifications to refresh the list.
