Scrap Metal Dealers No Buy List
The scrap offender “No Buy” list is a compilation of names from which any scrap metal dealer is prohibited from making purchases or receiving any articles under RC. 4737.04, “Dealers in scrap iron, metal, and waste materials to keep record of transaction”
- The ‘No Buy” list contains names of individuals who have been convicted of a combination of two or more Theft Offense (RC. 2913.02) and/or Receiving Stolen Property Offenses (RC. 2913.51).
- It is the responsibility of any scrap metal dealer in the State of Ohio not to purchase or receive any article from those individuals named on the “No Buy” list.
