If you are interested in participating in the civilian ride-along program please send an e-mail to Angela Kloepfer, Community Oriented Policing, at Angela.Kloepfer@cincinnati-oh.gov; Please include the following in your e-mail;

• Your full name, phone number, and the best time to contact you.
• State your reasoning for wanting to participate in the ride-along program and list any organizations or programs you are affiliated with that may be related to this request.
• If you are authorized to participate in the civilian ride along program, you will agree to adhere to all of the rules of the program, including but not limited to refraining from the use of electronic recording devices and photo/video equipment.
• If you are a member of the media requesting a ride-along, you should go through the Public Information Office. Public Information Commander Lt. Jonathan Cunningham can be reached at Jonathan.Cunningham@Cincinnati-OH.gov. 
• Angela Kloepfer will follow up with you to determine your eligibility to participate if you are not a member of the news media.
