Citizens Police Academy

Information on the Citizen Police Academy

The Cincinnati Police Department began its first Citizens Police Academy in 1995. Since that time, we have graduated more than 900 civic minded individuals. The Cincinnati Police Department's Citizens Police Academy is an 8 week program designed to provide better understanding between citizens and the police through education. The CPD hosts two annual sessions, one in the spring and one in the fall.
