Beecher Investments, LLC is requesting a zone change from Commercial Neighborhood Pedestrian Transportation Corridor (CN-P-T), Commercial Neighborhood Pedestrian Middle Housing (CN-P-MH), and Residential Multi-family 1.2 Middle Housing (RM-1.2-MH) to Planned Development (PD) in Walnut Hills. The subject property is currently a vacant lot, and the applicant is proposing an approximately 100-unit extended stay hotel.
