Proposed Major Amendment and Final Development Plan for PD #88 - Three Oaks in Oakley
Background
The applicant, Neyer Properties, Inc., is seeking a Major Amendment to the Concept Plan of Planned Development #88 (PD-88), Three Oaks, for the purpose of allowing car condos as a use in the Northeast corner of the development. The 1.88-acre affected area is bounded by 32nd Avenue to the West, the railroad tracks to the North, 34th Avenue to the East, and Iron Oak Avenue to the South. The current PD-88 Concept Plan calls for single-family homes to be built in the proposed area.
Project Location
The block generally bound by Robertson Avenue, 34th Avenue, the B & O Southwest Railroad, and Interstate Route 71 (see map below).
