The properties listed below are being funded with HUD federal funds. Under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, the City of Cincinnati is responsible for reviewing federally funded projects and are to take into account how the undertaking is affecting historic properties. The city will make two determinations on a property:

If historic, what impacts that property is having on the property or surrounding properties
As part of the Section 106 review process, the City of Cincinnati invites public comment concerning these properties and determinations. If you are interested in learning more about the specific work being proposed on any of these projects, or have any comments and/or suggestions about them, send correspondence by e-mail to the Urban Conservator at urban.conservator@cincinnati-oh.gov.
All correspondence must be received within 15 business days of the list being posted. Any correspondence received within the allotted time frame will be carefully reviewed, with any comments and suggestions taken into account before the project is approved. In any correspondence, please provide your name, e-mail, phone number and the nature of your interest in subject property. Please allow up to five (5) business days for a response.
