Introducing the CAGIS ezTrak Portal for Coordinated Site Reviews and Planning Applications

The City of Cincinnati is proud to announce a transformative upgrade to its service delivery with the launch of the Coordinated Site Review and Planning Applications processes through the new online CAGIS ezTrak portal. As of January 13, 2025, all City Planning Applications, including subdivisions, zone changes, planned developments, and historic designations, must be submitted and paid for through the Portal.

Go to the ezTrak Portal

This is the first of a multi-phase roll out of development and permitting services designed to streamline processes for a better customer experience and a more efficient workflow. This feature, developed in alignment with the City Manager's strategic framework, reflects our commitment to excellence, equity, and economic growth.
