Introducing the New Additions to the CAGIS ezTrak Portal for Coordinated Site Reviews and Planning Applications
The City of Cincinnati is proud to announce a transformative upgrade to its service delivery with the launch of the Coordinated Site Review and Planning Applications processes through the new online CAGIS ezTrak portal, coming in early January 2025. This is the first of a multi-phase roll out of development and permitting services designed to streamline processes for a better customer experience and a more efficient workflow. This feature, developed in alignment with the City Manager's strategic framework, reflects our commitment to excellence, equity, and economic growth.
