2023 Green Cincinnati Plan Meeting Schedule
The Green Cincinnati Plan (GCP) effort, conducted every 5 years since 2008, has helped establish Cincinnati as a national leader in sustainability. It is largely a community engagement process, which has several aspects and ways to participate.
The 2023 GCP Kick Off Meeting was held on May 31, 2022. The kick off meeting included comments from Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden's Thayne Maynard, Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval, City Councilmember Meeka Owens, OES Director Michael Forrester, Equity Committee Chairperson Ashlee Young and OES Sustainability Manager, Ollie Kroner. Topics covered included up-to-date progress on the current GCP, and the process and goals of the 2023 update, as well as breakout sessions where people shared their ideas on how best to move Cincinnati forward as an equitable, sustainable, and resilient city.

Community Meetings* are held in specific communities for local neighbors in those communities to lend their voices and feedback for the the 2023 GCP.
