Eric Jamison
Director

Eric Jamison assumed the role of Director, Office of Performance and Data Analytics in September 2021. Prior to joining the City of Cincinnati, Mr. Jamison served in the U.S. Army and private sector for 24 years, leading Data Analytics and Process Improvement organizations at both the operational and strategic level. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and a BS in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

 

Jennifer Bohl
Performance and Evaluation Manager

Jennifer Bohl joined the Office of Performance and Data Analytics in August 2016. Jennifer serves as the Interim Division Manager of Performance and Evaluation, overseeing OPDA's performance management and evaluation programs. She has also held the roles of Performance and Data Analyst, Project Management Specialist and Performance Management Lead.  She holds a Master of Public Policy and Master of Urban Planning from University of Michigan and a BA in Political Science from Vanderbilt University. 

 

Kelly LaFrankie
Innovation Manager

Kelly LaFrankie joined the City of Cincinnati and the Office of Performance and Data Analytics in February of 2020. Kelly serves OPDA as the Division Manager of Innovation, leading large scale collaborative projects with a focus on solving complex problems through innovative process improvement and design methodologies. Before joining OPDA, she spent seven years serving in the non-profit sector with organizations including Feeding America and the Community Action Agency. In both roles, Kelly's work was focused on strategic planning, program performance management and facilitating community needs assessments. Kelly earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Campbell University and graduated from Saint Louis University in 2008 with a B.A in Business Administration. 

Cameron Wilson
Data Solutions Manager & Chief Data Officer

Cameron Wilson assumed the role of Data Solutions Manager and Chief Data Officer in Fall of 2022.  Cameron began his career with the City of Cincinnati as a co-op in the Enterprise Technology Solutions Department working on the help desk and in application development.  From there, he moved to the Greater Cincinnati Water Works.  While at Water Works, he began his work in reporting and analytics where he helped establish the first data warehouse as well as establishing the business intelligence program for Water.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix as well as an Associate Degree in Computer Programming from Cincinnati State. 

Abdul Rahman Alloush
Innovation Specialist

Abdul Rahman Alloush joined the City of Cincinnati Office of Performance and Data Analytics in October of 2022. Abdul serves OPDA as Senior Management Analyst (Innovation Specialist) leading multidisciplinary collaborative projects focusing on complex problem solving through innovative methodologies and design thinking process. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from Methodist University and a Master’s degree in Public Health with a focus of Global Health and Epidemiology from NYU School of Global Public Health. At NYU, Abdul led the Online Inclusion Initiative, served as an Online Graduate representative, and collaborated with various UN and WHO agencies and Health Ministries on various projects to design and develop innovative public health interventions and strategies. 

 

Brady Hawkins
Management Analyst

Brady Hawkins joined the Office of Performance and Data Analytics as a Management Analyst in the Fall of 2022. Prior to joining the City of Cincinnati, Brady worked for a local marketing analytics startup where he developed end-to-end data solutions for clients in a wide variety of industries. He holds a B.S. in Business Analytics from the University of Cincinnati. At UC Brady worked with the 1819 Innovation Hub to help Cincinnati companies re-envision aspects of their businesses for the future. 

 

Dominic Klonicki
Management Analyst

Dominic Klonicki joined the Office of Performance and Data Analytics in July 2022. Prior to joining, he has worked in consulting for over two years for the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. Where he assisted auditors for Veterans benefits. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University, University Park. 

 

Monica Pepple
Research & Evaluation Manager

Monica Pepple joined the City of Cincinnati’s Office of Performance and Data Analytics as Research and Evaluation Manager in Fall of 2022, where she focuses on leading efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of City programs and policies and ensuring data-driven decision making. Monica has over five years’ experience in program evaluation and policy assessment at the local, state, and federal level in the areas of criminal-legal system reform, gender-based violence, homelessness, workforce development, education, and policies disproportionately impacting disenfranchised communities. Monica received a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati; she has over ten years’ experience in direct service provision and community organizing preceding her policy-based work. 

 

John O'Connell
Management Analyst 

 

John O’Connell joined the Office of Performance and Data Analytics in May of 2023. Prior to joining the City of Cincinnati, John earned a BBA in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati. During his time in school, John completed two co-op rotations with Rhinestahl Corporation, working in data science and analytics for both the IT and Supply Chain departments.

 

 

 

Erica Walker
Performance Management Specialist

Erica Walker is a Performance Management Specialist who joined the City of Cincinnati and the Office of Performance and Data Analytics in May 2022.  Prior to joining OPDA, Erica worked as a Business Analyst and Continuous Quality Improvement Administrator at Talbert House. Erica earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Valparaiso University School of Law.  She also holds a Master of Public Administration from Kent State University and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science.
