Internal Audit Work Plan
Internal Audit's work plan guides the section's work for two years. To create the work plan, IA conducts a risk assessment of each City department's activities.
The Audit Committee reviews the risk assessment and approves a plan that targets the areas of greatest risk. The work plan also allows for ad hoc projects requested by the Administration or City Council.
