Civil Fines & Fees
OAH civil fine amounts are prescribed by Cincinnati Municipal Code Section 1501-99.

An additional administrative hearing fee may be assessed pursuant to Cincinnati Municipal Code Section 1501-35.
Failure to pay a civil fine may result in the imposition of default or delinquency fees pursuant to Cincinnati Municipal Code Section 1501-21.
In addition, any unpaid balance may be referred to the Collections Division.
***If a person contests the civil offense or requests a cure credit, the civil citation will be "frozen" in the database, and no additional fees or penalties will be assessed until after a final decision is issued.

- In-person at the OAH Front Desk. (Cash, Check or Money Order)
- After hours drop boxes are available in the lobby.
- We do not accept credit cards at the front desk.
