Kearney at Pan-African Flag Raising Event

CINCINNATI – Councilmember Jan-Michele Lemon Kearney participated in the Pan-African flag raising event at Cincinnati City Hall on February 19 in honor of Black History Month. During the ceremony, there was a riveting drum performance by IJO UGO Performance Company and local activists and community leaders spoke to honor the significance of the day. Participants of the event include Iris Rolley, Leah Saho, Rev. Damon Lynch III, and Fatima Chi.
