The Department of Economic Inclusion is thrilled to announce Eastern Personnel Services, Inc. as our August 2024 Business Enterprise of the Month!

 

Founded by Angelita Moreno-Jones with a focus on general labor staffing, Eastern Personnel quickly expanded to include clerical and administrative roles, marking the beginning of their impressive growth. In the early 1990s, they broadened their reach by opening four additional offices in Cincinnati and its surrounding areas, later extending services to Dayton, Columbus, Baltimore, and Albany.

 

When faced with economic shifts in the early 2000s, Eastern Personnel adapted their business model by embracing technology to maintain their high service standards, even as they closed satellite offices. During this period, they also diversified their offerings, introducing Fingerprinting Services for comprehensive background checks, a Home Health Care Division in Ohio, and a Vending Machine Division.

 

Today, Eastern Personnel stands as a dynamic and versatile staffing agency, proudly serving a wide range of industries across Ohio and Kentucky. Their unwavering commitment to excellence and client satisfaction continues to propel their success.
