– Adoption of new online system will simplify the food licensing process –

To comply with new Ohio regulations and simplify the food licensing renewal process, the City of Cincinnati Health Department is requiring all food license holders to utilize the CAGIS ezTrak online platform for license renewals beginning with the 2024-2025 licensing year.
 
“Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible, and then maintain a simple and efficient system going forward” said Antonio Young, REHS, Director of Environmental Health with the Cincinnati Health Department. “The new system makes it much easier and convenient for food license holders to renew their licenses.”
 
Once an ezTrak account is set up, the CAGIS ezTrak platform serves as the sole method for license renewal, updating, communication, and food license management. This new process will make it easier for food license holders to apply and/or renew their licenses.
