• Genealogists are permitted to come to our office to do research by appointment once the Genealogy Search Form is submitted.
• Appointment hours are from 9-11 a.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• Please call 513-352-3120 to schedule an appointment.
• The CHD Office of Vital Records and Statistics has records starting in 1909. Please search for your records using the information below prior to your appointment.
