Please use this form if you wish to submit a Fire Inspection Request for any building you own or occupy in the City of Cincinnati. Our Fire Inspection will determine your compliance with the Ohio Fire Code and the Cincinnati Fire Prevention Code.
Please provide your name and the best contact information so that department personnel are able to follow up with you. Your request will be immediately emailed to the Fire Prevention Bureau and reviewed during normal business hours.
