Admissions Tax Returns - Monthly and Annual
Two types of Admissions Tax Returns are required:

Monthly - A monthly admissions tax return and payment, if applicable, is to be received by the City Treasurer by the twentieth day of the month, following the month of collection. For example, the monthly return and payment of admissions taxes collected in January is required to be received by the City Treasurer no later than February 20th. If the payment is delinquent, a late fee of 1% per month applies. Please note that a tax return is required even if not tax is due.

Annual - An annual admissions tax return and payment, if applicable, is to be received by the City Treasurer by April 15th each year. If the payment is delinquent, a late fee of 1% per month applies. Please note that a tax return is required even if no tax is due.
