Rules & Regulations
The rules and regulations herein are intended to clarify provisions in the City of Cincinnati Charter Article VIII, Section 6b, CMC Chapter 309, and CMC Chapter 801 for the purposes of administration of and compliance with the chapters. The rules and regulations are a supplement to, and not a replacement of, the language contained in the City of Cincinnati Charter Article VIII, Section 6b, CMC Chapter 309, and CMC Chapter 801.
