Exemption Application and Checklist
As stipulated in CMC Section 309-5, the city currently provides admissions tax exemptions to certain groups. In order to receive an exemption, an application including supporting documentation must be made to the Division of Treasury. The Division will review the application and approve, deny, or request additional information within 30 days of receipt of the application and supporting documents.
