Division of Development, Permits and Urban Design (DPUD)
The Division of Development, Permits & Urban Design (DPUD) develops regional and citywide transportation plans and policies coordinating all modes of transportation, including roadway, transit, railroad, pedestrian, bicycle, aviation and waterway, with land use planning to achieve the City’s transportation and right-of-way management objectives.
The division strives to improve Cincinnati's streets and public spaces to enhance safety, foster connections between communities, improve use of the right-of-way, and promote the identity of each neighborhood.
