The onramp to southbound I-471 is open at Liberty St, accessible to eastbound traffic from Liberty and northbound traffic turning right from Reading.

Traffic heading south on Reading Rd is currently restricted. There is no left turn allowed at this time.

The MSD sewer line construction continues along Reading Rd through Liberty and toward Elsinore.
