City Hall will be sponsoring the Hoop It Up 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament on the streets surrounding the building.  In order to accommodate this event, the following streets will close at 6:00PM on Friday, August 5, and remain closed until approximately 12:00AM on Sunday, August 7:

• Ninth Street- closed between Elm Street and Central Avenue
• Plum Street- closed between Court Street and Eighth Street
• Richmond Street- closed between Elm Street and Central Avenue

Drivers are reminded to use caution around the event site and seek alternate routes if possible.
