TriVersity Construction is moving its headquarters from Norwood to Walnut Hills, relocating 115 employees to its new location at 921 Curtis St. In June Cincinnati City Council approved a Commercial CRA tax exemption for the project that rehabilitates approximately 31,000 sqaure feet of commercial space. 20,500 sqaure feet will be used for the company's headquarters and 10,500 square feet will be leased to a TBD tenant. As a result, the Developer commits to the relocation of 87 fulltime jobs to Cincinnati and the creation of 6 new permanent fulltime positions for a total of approximately $7m in new annual payroll. This project - the headquarters of an African American owned and led business in partnership with an African American Developer, Curtis Street Investments, and the Robert Sanders Development Group, is a great example the economic inclusion that can be accomplished through strategic partnerships.
