CINCINNATI – The revitalized Court Street Plaza is now open to the public. The reimagined outdoor promenade located on Court Street between Vine and Walnut streets in Downtown Cincinnati will host festivities and special events. Managed by Cincinnati Center City Development Corp, event planners seeking to reserve the space can do so by contacting www.courtstreetcincy.com.

This $5.5 million Court Street Plaza revitalization project is a collaboration between the City of Cincinnati and 3CDC. The revitalized Court Street Plaza is the result of a year-and-a-half’s worth of planning and construction to create a more vibrant outdoor space along Court Street. The finished product features widened sidewalks that not only make it safer for pedestrians but also allow for outdoor dining, events and programming; a festival-style street that allows the street to be easily closed to vehicular traffic on a temporary basis for a full pedestrian thoroughfare; short-term parking spaces in front of businesses; and public art throughout. Local artist Gee Horton new mural, Coming of Age is currently on display.

With the construction completed, 3CDC will take over management of the space, providing regular programming and ensuring the area is clean and safe. For more information please visit www.courtstreetcincy.com or @courtstreetcincy on Facebook and Instagram for additional details and a full list of events.
