CINCINNATI – The City of Cincinnati’s Winter Operations team has been working throughout the year inspecting and calibrating equipment, reviewing snow routes, and training essential personnel to prepare for whatever Mother Nature brings Cincinnati’s way this winter season. Throughout October, City crews will participate in classroom instruction and a dry run designed to refresh and sharpen the drivers’ skills.

On October 26, 2021, ACM Sheryl M. M. Long addressed the media on winter preparedness and workers gave a live demonstration at the Valley View Salt Dome.
