CINCINNATI - This year marks the 14th year of this youth employment program, where an average of 40 youth ages 16 to 18 participate in a 10-week curriculum structured to mirror the Cincinnati Police Academy. In addition to taking classes resume writing, finance, police ethics, policies and procedures, the youth work alongside police officers during community service and community ambassador projects.
