All e-transactions are governed by the “Privacy and Security Statement” located on the City of Cincinnati web page. Greater Cincinnati Water Works (“GCWW”) does not collect information concerning browser or site usage for statistical purposes. GCWW use the information you provide about yourself to access your account and verify your identity when paying your bill. GCWW does not share, sell or provide this information to any outside parties, except to the extent necessary to process your credit card payment. GCWW may use your e-mail address to communicate with you, for example, to notify you of problems with your account or your credit card.
