The 311Cincy app allows users greater access to various Cincinnati government departments such as Transportation & Engineering, Buildings & Inspections, Health, and Public Services. Service requests filed using the app go directly into the City's Customer Service Request (CSR) system. This app is part of the overall 311Cincy Customer Service initiative, giving citizens a 24/7 connection to City services by telephone, on the web, and in the mobile app.
Features of the app include:
- A mobile-friendly user interface – making it easier to submit customer service requests on the go;
- GPS mapping, including map-based selection of service location; and
- The ability to easily upload a photo along with customer service requests.
Users can also schedule a bulk-item trash pickup; report a pothole; receive in-app notifications when a service request has been completed; and add trash and recycling service dates to their calendar.
