NRPA Month is Here and this Year's Theme is Where Community Grows

Every July we celebrate National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) month. This year's theme is Where Community Grows, which "celebrates the vital role park and recreation professionals play in bringing people together, providing essential services and fostering the growth of our communities" (NRPA).

Cincinnati Parks has many dedicated volunteers who help make our parks what they are. This month we will be highlighting some of our volunteer groups who have made huge differences in our parks, with a specific focus on Park Advisory Councils.
