Cincinnati Parks to Host APP Pickleball Tournament at Sawyer Point Courts

Pickleball is here to stay! Sawyer Point pickleball courts are ready for a fun and exciting spring and summer season. This year, we are glad to announce that the Association of Pickleball Players (APP) are returning to hold a USA Pickleball Golden Ticket qualifier, the 2024 APP Vlasic Classic - Cincinnati is a six-day tournament at the Sawyer Point pickleball courts. There will be over 900 pro and amateur players from around the country participating. The action will be captured with live broadcast on ESPN+.

Whether you’re a pickleball player or just love to watch the sport, plan a visit on May 7 through 12. Not only will there be lots of pickleball fanatics, but there will also be live music and food trucks! That way you can enjoy the experience in many ways. 

We are thrilled that Cincinnati is becoming a pickleball hub and Cincinnati Parks is glad to host a tournament at our beautiful courts. We are always glad to see our parks activated. We can’t wait to see you there.
