Finance Director under the direction of the City Manager, provides highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Mayor, City Council, and the City Manager. Employee plans, directs, manages, and oversees the activities and operations of the Finance Department; coordinates assigned activities with other departments and outside agencies; and participates on a variety of boards, commissions, and committees. 

Annual Salary:  $123,638.95 - $186,466.53

 

 

Chief Equity Officer

The City of Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Division Manager for the Office of Equity. The Equity Officer’s role is critical to the City of Cincinnati because it was designed to address systemic and community barriers that limit opportunities for Cincinnati’s vulnerable communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong external focus on promoting community equity through the development and implementation of innovative programs and policies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive systemic change and advance equity initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization and the broader community by leading efforts to promote equitable and sustainable solutions.

Annual Salary:  $99,053.32 - $137,464.95
