CEC Database Portal

The Cincinnati Election Commission database portal is the searchable compilation of campaign filings received for the current election cycle.

The portal currently contains campaign data provided to the Cincinnati Elections Commission. Those results will appear on the portal once they are available. The data presented by this portal is for informational purposes only and does not determine compliance with the requirements of the City of Cincinnati Charter, the Cincinnati Municipal Code, or the Rules of the Cincinnati Elections Commission. All results posted are unofficial and under review by the Cincinnati Elections Commission.

 

The filings due to be submitted to the Cincinnati Elections Commission may be delivered in any of the following methods:

  • Campaigns can input contributions and expenditures themselves into the CEC database.  Please email electioncommission@cincinnati-oh.gov for a username and password
  • Campaigns can email reports to electioncommission@cincinnati-oh.gov.  Please attach .csv or .xlsx spreadsheets to your email.
  • Campaigns can mail reports to Cincinnati Elections Commission, care of City of Cincinnati Law Department, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 110, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
  • Campaigns can submit reports in-person to City of Cincinnati Law Department, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 110, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 from 9am to 2pm on regular work days.
