Paying Your Water & Sewer Bill
For your convenience, we offer several convenient options for paying your water bill:
MyCheckFree allows you to receive e-bills, view statements, and schedule payments online! No more paper bills! For details and to sign up, visit MyCheckFree.com. Enrollment for e-bills may also be available through your Bank or Credit Union website. For a list of the banking web sites delivering GCWW electronic bills, visit eBill Places.
Electronic Customer Account Maintenance
GCWW's Electronic Customer Account Maintenance (ECAM) is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Log in to ECAM to manage your account. Free payment options are available; including one-time electronic check payment. You can also enroll for free recurring AutoDebit payments from your checking/savings account.
Quick Pay is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without registering or logging in. Quick Pay provides a free electronic check (eCheck) option, or a credit/debit card option for a non-refundable FIS PayDirect processing fee of $3.99.
Interactive Voice Response
Our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 513-591-7700. IVR payment provides a free electronic check (eCheck) option, or a credit/debit card payment option for a non-refundable FIS PayDirect processing fee of $3.99.

In Person - GCWW Lobby, 4747 Spring Grove Ave.
- Lobby Hours - 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pay in person by cash, check, or money order at any of the locations below or by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit/debit cards for a $3.99 processing fee at the Spring Grove Ave.
In Person - Other Locations
- The City Treasurer's Office at Cincinnati City Hall, 801 Plum Street. Hours - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. (Cash, check or money order only)
- The City of Mason Municipal Center, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road. Hours - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. A drop box is also located in front of the Center for after-hours payment. (Cash, check or money order only)
Night Deposit Box
Our night deposit box at 4747 Spring Grove Ave., in Cincinnati, is available for after-hours drop off. Please allow one full business day for payment to post when using the night deposit box.
If your water service is disconnected or in jeopardy of being disconnected, please DO NOT mail your payment or place it in the night deposit box. Please make your payment in person, online, or by phone (513-591-7700) for immediate receipt.
