GCWW has introduced a new easier-to-read billing statement. New features include account-specific messaging capabilities and a graph showing account consumption history. The statement displays the summary of charges, current charge details, and meter reading details along with the account number, service location, due date and other important information in a new, larger print.

Our customers can be assured that only the appearance of the statement has changed. Billing cycles and the way we calculate charges remain the same.
