GCWW is pleased to announce the launch of our latest customer service enhancement for Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) customers, Electronic Customer Account Management (ECAM). ECAM allows customers a free and convenient bill paying option and is part of the City’s continuing efforts to improve customer service and efficiency through the use of technology. Customers now have easy web access to view their current billing information, to make secure online payments 24 hours a day using their credit/debit Visa or MasterCard, and to provide electronic feedback to GCWW. The Greater Cincinnati Water Works bills customers in the City of Cincinnati for water, sewer, and stormwater management services. They also bill customers in several surrounding jurisdictions for water and sewer services, and in a few surrounding jurisdictions for stormwater and trash collection services. GCWW currently manages approximately 235,000 accounts, 80% of which are residential accounts.
Future phases of ECAM will allow customers to view their entire bill and billing inserts online, enter their own meter readings, initiate field service requests, create payment plans, and view consumption data.
